Sweet and kind Mrs. Santa Claus is happy to greet visitors of all ages from all around the world, and is always prepared for a lovely chat with each and every guest!
If you have booked ticket online, you can go straight upstairs. Please show your QR-code to the elf upstairs. We recommend to use your ticket before 12 am. To keep the queuing time reasonable please be prepared that ticket-sales can be closed between 12am-2pm and 3.30pm-5pm (depending the current queue).
